Iowa State's AgDiscovery program helps teenagers to learn about careers in agriculture.

Our AgDiscovery students visited Iowa State’s Vet Med College and Reiman Gardens this Friday! Students toured the Vet Med facilities, talked with admissions representatives, and engaged in clinical activities.
Then they worked with an entomologist at the gardens to prepare chocolate-covered crickets, cricket & chocolate chip cookies, and mealy worm stir fry. Yum!

We’re so excited to kick off AgDiscovery 2023 at Iowa State University! Over the past few days students have had the opportunity to interact with industry professionals, explore careers in agriculture, and gain real-world experience!
In addition to professional growth, students are building meaningful connections and making memories!
