This year has blown up my family....blown up our sense of normal and blown up what I find most important.

I believe in burning down something in the need to build and draw from wild, instinctual strength.

I worked so hard to build this small corner in Instagram and I love all of you who engage and love back.

I feel@a sense of sadness when I post here because so much of what I built included the man who taught me the recipes and brought the Italian culture into my life. Now he is no longer in my circle.....
My children are however still Italian and American and I will pay tribute to their roots through culinary exploration and language.

Italian bakers and cooks to follow in my place:

opening so soon my friends and amazing bakers...they are legit
lives in Utah.

I will post recipes occasionally on and I will host culinary connection experiences for corporations and private gatherings.

But it will all be run through the goal of connection and gratitude and wonder.

I am not here to bring you recipes. I am here to help you know that you are not alone in your trials and that one of the ways to create love and light and hope can be through culinary therapy and connection.
