I'm Chandler. I love singing (duh), Disney, Theatre, avocados, traveling and the Jonas Brothers. I consider myself the luckiest gal in the world doing what I do! Helping people find confidence in their voice is what I live for! Thanks for being here and supporting me. ​​​​​​​​

No matter what area of life you’re rejected in, it always hurts.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In my performing life, I’ve learned to take 24 hours to be sad and then I move on! But in my personal life that 24 hours seems hard and it sometimes isn’t possible. Sometimes that feeling lingers and boy oh boy do I hate it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I often question why or what about myself isn’t good enough and GUESS WHAT?! 99.99% of the time it has nothing to do with me! So why waste that energy over something that has nothing to do with you? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Obviously that’s easier said than done, but here’s my advice.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Do the work. Recognize your worth. Keep on keeping on! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

The person I am today is not the person I was at the beginning of the year and I LOVE that! I’m celebrating today because I’ve changed and grown. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In the last three months I’ve taken chances, become more confident, felt valued, and learned new things. That may sound dumb, but I feel like ME again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I don’t share this to boast, but I want you to know that you can celebrate YOU cause you’re awesome. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

How do you become a better singer?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Well that is the million dollar question, right? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I believe that half of the battle is telling yourself that you can! Our subconscious is constantly telling ourselves lies about what we can and can’t do. So I’m here to tell you to shut that voice down! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
You are capable of becoming exactly the person and singer you want to be! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Sometimes I feel like I live a double life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I work two jobs and I’m always hesitant to share that fact. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
At my day job I’m afraid to talk about my job as a voice teacher. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When people ask what I do for work I flip between the two jobs and hardly ever tell anyone about both.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Why? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Because I’m so afraid of others judgement that I hide huge parts of my life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Isn’t that the dumbest thing? Honestly, I’m still unpacking those feelings. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
BUT I have made it a goal to be more confident in sharing who I am and what I do! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I am learning to love myself and my God given talents and this is part of the process.

Taking the leap to follow your dreams is TERRIFYING.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’ll be honest it took me a while to decide to teach voice lessons because I was so afraid of what others would think. And if I’m being honest, I still sometimes worry about that. As I’ve put myself out there I have found that people are SO supportive! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Believe people are good and they are rooting for YOU! I am rooting for you. The people you care about are rooting for you. So hold on to those good feels and make the leap!
