The Fall Equinox is the epitome of Balance and the start of beautiful change.
On this day, the hours of light and dark are equal. Nature shows us the importance of balance, something we often overlook in our mental and emotional health.

This season asks us to:
🍁Notice where we may be exhausted and bring more rest
🍁 Reflect on what we've grown and give thanks
🍁Gently let go of old stress, resentment, or self-judgment, just as the trees let go of their leaves
🍁 Welcome change as a friend that beautifies our lives
