🌸 At the floral wholesaler...Nothing makes me happier than to see all those beautiful flowers in one place! All the different shapes, sizes and of course the COLORS make me so happy! It is truly so beautiful.

A heart filler for sure!😍😍

🌸 While the flowers from the wholesaler are beautiful, they are all wrapped up. They have layers of cardboard and paper around them to protect them from damage. If they stay that way, it’s more difficult to enjoy their true beauty.

🌸 As they get unwrapped, properly cared for and arranged, something beautiful happens. We see them in a whole new way.

🌸 They open up, we now see all their beauty. We smell them. We feel the softness of their petals. They bring a new heightened sense of joy and have the power to affect everyone around them. We see them in a whole new way.

The same can be said of each of us. The beauty is right there. IT ALWAYS HAS BEEN. We just put layers around our tender places and protect our vulnerabilities to keep ourselves safe. What would happen if you let some of that go. What would you look like in full bloom?

THE TRUTH is:
Unwrapping your layers is tender at first, and you may even feel a little hesitant. It gets easier. AND the end result is “MAGNIFICENT” in full bloom.

Hey! I'm new here... at least to Facebook. I am CARRIE CUMMINGS and I'm SO excited to share my life coaching business with you.
Ray of Light Mentoring

🥊 I love helping others to become the champion I see in them and then using the gifts they discover about self to become a 🌅 RAY OF LIGHT.

🎖I've been officially coaching for about 3 years, but have always been the person people feel safe to share their stories with. I consider those stories as sacred experiences & feel privileged to walk beside my clients as they do their healing work.

⭐I got into coaching through a series of events, but will just share the highlights in an effort for you to know me better.

⭐I went through a serious physical illness for 3.5 years which ended up having roots in sexual trauma I experienced as a child.

⭐I discovered that the emotions and beliefs I had formed about myself surrounding that trauma were making me sick. And so my journey of changing those beliefs and clearing out emotions began.

🌅I'm no stranger to dark times, but found ways to rise up out of that darkness and into light. I am real about those places in life, but also real about the solutions and sharing how to get to a place of confidence, empowerment, and living brave.

I offer new approaches to trauma, big feelings & mental health. I believe you are more than a "survivor" of your past, you are a CHAMPION 🥊 and deserve to LIVE BRAVE, not afraid.
