What an incredible school year it has been at Clever Little Fox Preschool! 🦊✏️
We are so thankful for all the smiles, laughter, learning, and memories shared throughout this year. Watching our little learners grow in confidence, friendships, and creativity has truly been a joy.
We are already looking forward to welcoming back many familiar faces and meeting new friends for another amazing year ahead!
Heading into summer break, we hope all of our families enjoy a season filled with sunshine and fun! ☀️🌈

This week, our preschoolers are exploring the wonderful world of birds—and what better way to learn than by meeting some feathered friends up close!
Today, we had a special visit from the Pittsburgh National Aviary, who brought an engaging program all about penguins. The children were so excited to learn fun facts, see real-life examples, and ask questions. The highlight of the day was meeting Ella, a sweet African penguin who waddled her way right into our hearts! 🐧
It was such a joyful experience watching curiosity come to life as the children connected what they’re learning in the classroom to the real world. Hands-on moments like these make learning truly unforgettable!

This week, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day! ☘️ Students learned about the origins of the holiday and who Saint Patrick was, while also enjoying the magical stories of leprechauns and good luck. Our activities and crafts were filled with festive fun (plus some special Jell-O treats!). To finish the week, we dove into the science of rainbows—exploring concepts like refraction and painting our own vibrant designs. We are so lucky to spend our days with such incredible students! 💚

This Week at Clever Little Fox: Dinosaur Week! 🦕
We had so much fun exploring the world of prehistoric creatures during Dinosaur Week at Clever Little Fox Preschool! Our students learned so many exciting new vocabulary words like carnivore, herbivore, paleontologist, and extinction.
Throughout the week, the children practiced graphing, number order, reading words, and so much more through a variety of hands-on dinosaur-themed activities and field explorations.
They came in as our wonderful preschoolers and left as mighty T-Rex explorers — each one taking home a special T-Rex toy to remember the week! 🦖✨

We wrapped up Read Across America / Dr. Seuss Week with our theme inspired by “Oh, the Places You’ll Go!”
Our students came to school dressed as what they want to be when they grow up—doctors, police officers, teachers, and so much more.👩🏻‍⚕️👩🏽‍🚒👮🏾‍♂️👩🏼‍🏫
