🍩 Another successful year of Donuts with Dudes at Central School! We want to send a huge thank you to our amazing PTC volunteer crew for their hard work and dedication to our school families, this event wouldn’t be possible without you! We are so grateful to all of our special guests who decided to start their morning with our students, as well as the Amboy High School FFA students who joined in to help make the morning extra fun. We truly have the absolute best community! 🍩

⭐️ What an incredible day at Central School! Today marked the very first meeting of our Leader in Me Student Lighthouse Team, and these amazing students hit the ground running! Together they created a mission statement to guide them throughout the school year. “We are respectful, responsible, and committed to working together to create a great school of leaders who feel welcomed, valued, and heard.” We couldn’t be prouder of these young leaders. We can’t wait to watch these change makers step into action and see the positive ripple effect they’ll bring to our whole school community! ⭐️

Tonight is our PTC meeting at Central!

09/30/2026

We kicked off the year by talking about what it means to be a leader! At Central School, we believe every student has leadership potential. Teachers were asked to share how their students lead in their classrooms. Leadership doesn’t stop at school. We are inviting families to notice and celebrate leadership moments at home. Share a photo or story in the comments of your child leading at home or you can share with your child’s teacher on ParentSquare. Need inspiration? Look for moments like using a chore chart, designated calm down corner, following household rules, or helping manage the family calendar. We appreciate your partnership! ❤️
