LET’S GET EXCITED!!!!! This Tuesday will be the start of our weekly D.A.R.E. classes for 7th grade! This will take us all the way to Christmas break.
Our students will learn about the core of good decision making skills, social media safety, prescription and over the counter medication, dangers of va**ng, and more! Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about the course.
7th grade parents, I urge you all to stay involved with your kiddos learning in all educational aspects, including what they’re doing in D.A.R.E. This ain’t your parents’ D.A.R.E. class!

As school is back in session tomorrow morning, I thought I’d remind everyone that Chastain between Main Street and 1st Street is ONE WAY during school days and hours. ONLY north bound traffic is permitted. Thanks for doing your part in helping keep our kids safe this school year!!!

THC-h**p products are showing up in everyday places like gas stations, grocery stores, and online, making them far too easy for young people to access.

As D.A.R.E. America President and CEO Frank Pegueros writes, “We cannot claim to prioritize prevention and productivity while allowing these highly potent THC h**p products to be sold unchecked in communities across the country.”

I had so much fun last weekend, taking some time in the dunk tank to support our amazing baseball program! We even got the Sheriff in there! Here’s to a great 2026/2027 school year!!!
