Our first day back we sent our staff in a Scavenger Hunt in the neighborhood. We loved seeing the encouraging notes and community members help our staff accomplish each task! 🚘

A big thanks to 806 Rfg & Construction for their School Supply Drive event and all that was donated to Rogers! We enjoyed seeing everyone come out to this event! We would also like to thank Cute As A Bug Face Painting By Lizzy for her creative art and time! Again thanks to High plains party rentals! Proof of Address: A recent utility bill OR your current mortgage/rental contract.
Proof of Income: Current tax documents, pay stubs, OR public assistance letters.
Identification
Your child's original birth certificate AND Social Security card.
1 Health Records
Up-to-date immunization (shot) records.
