We hope to foster children's natural sense of wonder about the world and cultivate their curiosity for learning. We are open from 7:30 a.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Monday - Friday and have part time and full time child care options. We are an art and play based preschool located in Amarillo, Tx. We offer a unique early childhood experience to children ages 18 months - 8 years of age. We keep small teacher to student ratios, in order to give your child the best experience possible.

Look what is coming!! I am so excited for this new offering. We will have a 1-2 day Mother’s Day Out as well as plenty of art classes for toddlers up through school aged.

I am excited to host two camps this summer!
Times- 7:30-5:30, 9:00-1:00 or 9:00-3:30
Prices- $25 full day, $20 half day or $15 for the 9-1 option.
You can sign up for 1-5 days per week.
You know we will have a blast doing all the things! Art, play, yoga, reading, singing, outdoor time and more! Snacks provided, just pack a lunch.

All camps are ages 4-8 unless noted. All camps include fun games, art, free play, snacks and more!

We have had a spot open up for our two day MDO program. Let me know if you want to set up a tour! Tuesday/Thursday, 8:30-2:45, ages 3-6 years(diaper free), $200 a month. We are operating out of my home studio. Small class sizes, art and play based program🙂
I also have a Thursday only option for $100 a month.

Hello, I will be offering a two day preschool out of my home studio this next school year. Ages 3-6(diaper free), Tuesday/Thursday 8:30-2:45, $100 for one day and $200 for both days. We will follow the AISD Schedule.. It will be an art and play based program. I am starting tours this week.

I am excited to announce that I(Sara), owner of Little Bird Preschool will be opening a two day preschool out of my home studio. This is the place LB got its start! This program will be for children ages 3-6.
It will be heavily art based/hands on. We will model the Reggio Emilia philosophy as well as play based learning. We will spend lots of time outside playing in nature! Children in the program can be found: doing yoga, making art, gardening, exploring sensory trays, playing in forts/tents, etc. It will be a child’s dream!! We will meet on Tuesday and Thursday between 8:30 and 2:45. We will be following the AISD schedule for holidays. Tuition is $200 per child per month. We will have limited one day spots at $100 a month. We will also have video cameras set up so you can see your child in action.
