Last couple months haven’t been easy. Obstacles, extra pressure, and moments that could’ve shaken my focus… but not me. “At least not for long”!
No matter what showed up, I was reminded daily of how blessed I am.
At the end of the day, I stand on something solid—God, a strong family behind me, and a circle of dedicated students who show up ready to work. And every single day, I get the opportunity to live inside what I love—teaching, training, growing, and building something real.
That’s not luck. That’s a life built with intention.
So no matter what comes ur way, we will stay grounded, stay grateful, and keep moving forward.

Hey IMA fam! Big news- just tied the knot this weekend! Let’s blow up the her inbox with some love and congratulations for her!

In just over three weeks, Ms. B, myself, and about 20 IMA athletes head to Phuket, Thailand. Very few things could make me second-guess that trip—but missing Oneshot’s pro championship rounds is one of them. I may be breaking up the trio, physically, but I’ll still be in the corner, guiding through video and audio.
