Gracelyn just taught her first life skill lesson at Extreme Martial Arts Amarillo today. She knocked it out of the park.

She taught the entire class how to shake hands, make eye contact and introduce yourself.

We love the kicks, punches and throws but the life lessons we teach are what make martial arts EXTREMELY life changing.
