Operation First Five is a community of collaborators in Potter County who regularly come together to tackle tough issues facing children, zero to five years old, and their families. This work is a collaboration of more than 30 local agencies, nonprofits, and partners. Our collective is not about meetings, we are about impacting lives with big goals for our community.

We recently lost a truly remarkable woman, Mrs. Dolly Parton . She poured her heart into bringing Dolly Parton's Imagination Library throughout all our communities. She wasn't just the founder—she was a passionate advocate who believed every child deserved the joy of owning books and the opportunity to develop a love of reading.

To honor her legacy, if you have a child ages birth to four, if you haven't already, sign your child up to receive a free book every month from birth until their 5th birthday.

Her impact will continue to be felt with every story shared and every page turned. ❤️
