Before the day is over, we want to take a moment to recognize National RBT Day 🤍

Not to be biased—but we truly have the best therapists, hands down.

Our therapists are the heart and backbone of everything we do. They pour so much of themselves into their work every single day showing up with patience on the hard days, celebrating even the smallest victories, and never giving up on the kids they serve. The growth we see, the milestones reached, and the lives changed would not be possible without their consistency, dedication, and genuine love for what they do.

They are problem solvers, cheerleaders, teachers, and safe spaces all in one. They meet each child where they are and help them get to places many once thought were out of reach. And they do it all with compassion, resilience, and heart.

To our RBTs: your work matters more than words can fully capture. You are making a difference not just in the moment, but for a lifetime. We see YOU, we appreciate YOU, and we are so incredibly grateful for YOU today and every day.

April is Autism Acceptance Month 💙🤍💛💚💜♥️

Acceptance is more than awareness, it’s action.

It’s choosing to listen.
It’s creating space for different ways of communicating.
It’s teaching kindness, patience, and understanding.
It’s recognizing that every individual experiences the world in their own unique way AND that difference deserves to be respected and celebrated.

This month, we challenge YOU to take action:
✔ Learn something new about autism
✔ Practice patience and understanding in everyday moments
✔ Be intentional about including others
✔ Celebrate and respect neurodiversity

At our clinic, acceptance isn’t just something we talk about — it’s something we practice every single day.

Employee Appreciation Day was yesterday but .... today we got to celebrate this incredible team with some painting!
