Visiting Coffee Memorial Blood Center to make a donation! Blood supply is extremely low right now… they’re having to delay surgeries because of the shortage! Teaching Melaney to take pride in donating blood to help others ♥️ 🩸

A dirty home is a lived in home…. But it releases a serious amount of cortisol!! A quick clean up makes a world of difference in making me and my home feel lighter and brighter 🙌🏼

Support your child’s interests. Children are inherently inquisitive, naturally experimental, and chronically curious. Your role as a parent doesn’t need to include near as much as we sometimes think.

Why on Earth would you do something like that?! Be ready to defend you “no”. Why aren’t you drinking tonight?! Why didn’t you grab a donut?! Why have you been so obsessed with going to bed on time?! Your “why” will lead you farther than their judgement.

Lead by example. What do you want your kids to value you when they grow up?? You’ve got to model those behaviors now so they are second nature to them as they grow. #fitness #health #workoutmotivation #healthykids
