Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? KITE Academy is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled Part-Time Teacher to join our amazing team!

🗓️ The Details
Schedule: Part-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:15 AM – 12:45 PM

Pay: Negotiable (commensurate with experience)

Location: KITE Academy

💡 What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Teaching, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, etc.). Teaching certification is not required.

Experience:

Prior experience working with students with ASD and utilizing behavior management strategies.

Special Education experience preferred.

Knowledge/Experience with ABA principles preferred (but not required).

Skills: Compassionate, resilient, organized leader with strong communication skills and a heart for student success.

🌟 Key Responsibilities
Adapt & implement curriculum tailored to individual student needs.

Utilize evidence-based strategies (including ABA principles) to promote growth.

Supervise and mentor a supportive team of paraprofessionals.

Maintain a structured, safe, and positive classroom environment.

Collaborate closely with parents, guardians, and a multidisciplinary team.
