Please join us in congratulating our October Employee of the Month, Mrs. Courtney Duncan! 🎉

Courtney plays an important role in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Her dedication, attention to detail, reliability, and ability to handle even the most complex tasks make her an invaluable part of the SWTech team.

Her coworkers describe her as:
⭐"Dependable, hardworking, keeps things running smoothly, and always manages to give us a good laugh along the way!"
⭐"She has shown me grace while learning something new and always answers any questions I have."

Courtney has a special way of balancing accountability with approachability. She is always willing to offer guidance and support, while also making sure things are done correctly and on time. And, of course, she usually manages to add a little humor along the way!

Courtney, THANK YOU for your hard work, steady leadership, and everything you do for SWTech. We are lucky to have you!
