The WOSC Foundation, Inc. hosted the 36th Annual Jim Holland Memorial Golf Tournament on August 8 at the Western Heritage Golf Club in Altus. This year’s tournament raised $21,800 for the Jim Holland Memorial Scholarship Endowment, bringing the Endowment to $447,500. Interest from the Endowment continues to provide ongoing scholarship support for Western students.
After an exciting three-way tie, the Frazer Bank team claimed the 2026 championship in a tiebreaker over Big Dog Sportswear and Southern Grounds Lawn and Landscape. Players also enjoyed mini-competitions throughout the day, and the always-popular Golf Ball Drop brought the tournament to an exciting conclusion.
Adding to the generosity of the day, the winner of the Golf Ball Drop chose to donate the proceeds back to the WOSC Foundation. The donor wishes to remain anonymous, but their generosity will provide additional support for the Foundation’s mission and Western students.
More than a golf tournament, the event celebrates 36 years of family, fellowship, and tradition, honoring the legacy of Jim Holland and the continued support of the community, local businesses, and loyal friends.
The WOSC Foundation, Inc., extends its sincere thanks to all sponsors, participants, volunteers, and the Western Heritage Golf Club for making this year’s tournament another memorable success.
