te this and has designed their facility with the same comforts of home in mind. From the moment you step through the front door you will be greeted with that warm homey feel from the ceiling all the way down to the floor. lil dudes-N-divas feels the attachment between child and teacher is very important. Research has found that infants and children that have a secure attachment and relationship with their teachers are more likely to play, explore, and interact in their environment. Continuity of Care refers to the practice of one continuous teacher from the time of enrollment to age 4. Traditionally children transition from classroom to classroom and teacher to teacher as they grow older. This constant change can be stressful on a child. Rebuilding trust and learning how to communicate and interact with a new teacher can be difficult. Continuity of Care changes this approach and harbors a stronger bond and attachment between teacher and child.

lil dudes-N-divas is looking to add to our team! Collaborate daily with other team members in creating and developing program activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development for all children in our care.

-Competitive wage starting at $14/hour.

-Paid holidays after 90 days of employment.

-Full-Time staff are guaranteed 40 hours/week.

-Part-Time positions available with flexible days and hours.

-Paid On-the-Job Training Available

Enjoy continuity with a consistent environment and routine to fit everyone’s needs. High school diploma or GED required. Must demonstrate experience/interest in working with young children, parents, and staff. Wage based on education and experience.

Salary: $14.00 per hour
