For the past 7 years, Sarah has been a valuable member of our team, demonstrating dedication to the children and families we serve. Her passion for helping others, commitment to clinical excellence, and willingness to support and mentor those around her have made a lasting impact on our organization.

As she steps into her new role as BCBA/BC Trainer, we are confident that her leadership, knowledge, and compassion will continue to inspire growth throughout our team.

Sports Dress-Down Day at Journey Center! 🏀⚽🏈

This week our team traded in their usual attire for their favorite sports gear! While we may cheer for different teams, we all have the same goal: helping our clients succeed.

Just like athletes build skills through practice, coaching, and consistency, ABA focuses on teaching and strengthening meaningful skills one step at a time. Every small victory matters, and we’re proud to celebrate progress both on and off the field.

We’re excited to celebrate Madison for earning her Behavior Specialist Licensure and stepping into her new role as a Behavior Consultant at the Journey Center!

Since joining the team in September 2024, Madison has continued to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on the children and families she supports each day. Her dedication, compassion, and consistency in delivering high-quality care have not gone unnoticed.

This accomplishment reflects the hard work and commitment she brings to the field of ABA, and we are so proud to see her take this next step in her journey. Congratulations, Madison!

Shaylee joined the Journey Center in 2025 and has already made a strong impact. With 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, she brings both knowledge and genuine care to the work she does every day.

She has now completed her ABA graduate program, earned her Behavior Specialist license, and is stepping into her new role as a Behavior Consultant. These are major accomplishments and a reflection of the effort she has put in over time working with us.

We are beyond excited to celebrate an incredible milestone for one of our Behavior Consultants, Nevin, who officially passed his BCBA exam today!

This accomplishment represents years of perseverance, dedication, and a true passion for making a difference through Applied Behavior Analysis. Becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst is no small feat, and Nevin has worked tremendously hard to reach this moment.

Since joining the Journey Center team 3 years ago, Nevin has consistently demonstrated compassion, leadership, and a deep commitment to the clients, families, and staff he supports. Watching his journey and professional growth into a BCBA has been truly inspiring.

When studying for the BCBA exam, many clinicians reflect on their “why.” Today, Nevin shared his, and it beautifully captures the heart he brings to this field:

“I knew the path I chose would be one where I could make a meaningful difference in the world. Still, there were many moments when believing in myself was hard. In those moments of doubt, I made a vow to myself that no matter what anyone else believed, I would never settle for “just enough.” I would work harder, push further, and do whatever it took to get where I knew I was meant to be.”
