As a BHT, you’ll work directly with children with autism and other diagnoses across various settings, implementing ABA-based strategies and helping each child work toward meaningful developmental goals.

After a hard-working summer and jumping right into the first week of the new school year, our Journey Center team deserved an evening to relax, connect, and enjoy some baseball! ⚾️

Yesterday was an opportunity to step away from our busy schedules, socialize, catch up with staff members we may not get to see every day, and simply enjoy being together as a team.

We are incredibly grateful for the dedication our staff continues to show to our clients, families, and one another. Days like today remind us that while the work we do is important, so are the relationships and memories we build along the way. 💙

Here’s to a great summer behind us, an exciting school year ahead, and plenty more memories together! ⚾️✨

A new school year brings new routines, new opportunities, new skills, and plenty of room to grow. We’re excited to continue supporting our clients as they learn, build independence, and celebrate all accomplishments both big and small. 💙

🔥 Outlearn. Outgrow. Outshine. 🔥

This year’s Survivor-themed All-Staff Meeting & Training Day brought the entire Journey Center team together for a day filled with learning, connection, celebration, and a little friendly competition! 🏝️🔥

Throughout the day, our staff participated in trainings designed to strengthen their knowledge, build new skills, and continue growing as professionals. Just like Survivor, the work we do requires teamwork, adaptability, perseverance, and a willingness to keep learning, and we are incredibly proud of the team that continues to show up for one another and for the clients and families we serve. 💚

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was taking time to celebrate our staff and recognize their years of service with the Journey Center. Every year represents countless moments of showing up, building relationships, overcoming challenges, celebrating progress, and making a difference in the lives of others.

To every member of our Journey Center tribe, whether this is your first year or one of many, thank you for the heart, dedication, and passion you bring to the Journey Center each day. You are what makes our team so special.

🎸⭐ Rockin’ Through the Week at the Journey Center! ⭐🎸

Both of our centers turned up the volume for Rockstar Dress Down Day, and our team definitely stole the show! 🤘🎤

From classic rock legends to pop icons, our staff showed off their creativity while continuing to provide the compassionate, individualized treatment that our clients deserve. It’s days like these that remind us learning can happen in a fun, engaging environment where everyone feels comfortable being themselves.

Our team embraced Hawaiian/Tropical Day today, filling the center with bright colors, smiles, and tropical vibes to help brighten these rainy summer days. 🌺🍍

Creating a positive, engaging environment is an important part of what we do. Through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy, we strive to make learning meaningful, celebrate every success, and create moments that our clients look forward to each day.

🤠 Western Dress Down Day was a rootin’ tootin’ success at our Centers!

At Journey Center, we know that meaningful learning happens through strong relationships, positive environments, and a little fun along the way.
