This year’s Survivor-themed All-Staff Meeting & Training Day brought the entire Journey Center team together for a day filled with learning, connection, celebration, and a little friendly competition! 🏝️🔥

Throughout the day, our staff participated in trainings designed to strengthen their knowledge, build new skills, and continue growing as professionals. Just like Survivor, the work we do requires teamwork, adaptability, perseverance, and a willingness to keep learning, and we are incredibly proud of the team that continues to show up for one another and for the clients and families we serve. 💚

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was taking time to celebrate our staff and recognize their years of service with the Journey Center. Every year represents countless moments of showing up, building relationships, overcoming challenges, celebrating progress, and making a difference in the lives of others.

To every member of our Journey Center tribe, whether this is your first year or one of many, thank you for the heart, dedication, and passion you bring to the Journey Center each day. You are what makes our team so special.

We are so excited to celebrate Sheila Adams on officially passing her nationally recognized Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) examination today! 🧩💙

Passing the RBT exam is another exciting step in Sheila’s journey and a direct reflection of the dedication she brings to the field. Just like the hippie movement promoted peace and positivity, we believe in creating supportive environments where every individual can thrive.
