How to Register

Beginning Monday, March 23, 2026, online registration is open for all Southeast Polk students, preschool through 12th grade, for the 2026–2027 school year.

ALL FAMILIES

⇒ Click on the 26-27 school year option.

⇒ You must register all school-attending students annually.

⇒ See below for important information, required forms, and documentation.

Existing Families

* Log in to your parent portal – you can access the portal on this page by clicking on the Existing SEP Students/Families button or clicking on the Campus Portal link in the gray navigation bar
* Select the correct school year
* Update your SEP Students
* If you are adding a student to your household, click “ADD NEW STUDENT” before you submit
* When the entire family is on the same registration – submit for review

New Families

* Click on New SEP Students/Families button above
* Pick the correct school year
* Complete the cover sheet
* Go to the email you provided for the registration link

***Important Information***
Please read carefully

The online registration form must be completed by the student’s parent or legal guardian in order to enroll your student at Southeast Polk.

Proof of legal guardianship needs to be provided in order to enroll the student.

Please upload the following information when registering online- see list of required forms/documents below.

Having all required paperwork — proof of residency, proof of birthdate, health physical, and immunization records will allow us to approve your registration more quickly.

Students won’t be allowed to start school without the required documents.
