There are so many different rhythms, songs, moves, routines, styles to enjoy, experience…having FUN moving it, shaking it and working it! You forget you’re exercising! It’s a dance fitness party with your friends! HereZ another little clip demonstrating the difference between Zumba®️ and Zumba®️ Toning with 2 different rhythms & styles: Bhangra/Metal Fusion and the basic Merengue. You can always modify moves by decreasing range of motion, eliminating hops, using the 1 lb weighted toning sticks vs the 21/2 lb (or neither) ! Such a great, FUN, full-body & effective workout that also helps relieve stress, anxiety and depression! Bonus! We even get to play the air guitar, bongos and shake our maracaZ!😁.
