Marquette Catholic Football is now 1-0 in their 100th season after a week one win, 36-16, vs Dupo. The Explorers had 3 rushing touchdowns form Jhordyn Croft and 2 from Don’Tay Longstreet. Tony Eberlin had a 2 point conversion while Joe Stephan was 4/4 on PAT’s. The offensive line led the Explorers to over 300 yards in rushing, with Croft having over 200 from scrimmage.

The Explorers play again on Saturday, August 29, at home at 1:00 PM vs Red Bud.

The Blue Gray games tonight are canceled due to heat guidelines but the Kickoff Party at Johnson’s Corner is on inside! We look forward to kicking off the upcoming sports seasons with our annual Blue-Gray games on Saturday.

Soccer will start things off at 5:00, with multiple sports also being introduced, and football at 6:00, to be followed by the Kickoff Party at Johnson’s Corner.

We are monitoring the forecast to be compliant with heat guidelines. The Blue Gray games are on unless further notice is published by the Athletic Department, which will be shared here. The Kickoff Party at Johnson’s will be inside and take place regardless of weather.

Come join us this Saturday at Johnson's Corner on State Street for our annual Kickoff Party for the $50,000 Mega Raffle and the 2026-2027 school year, Marquette Catholic's 100th! This will be following the Blue Gray Games at the stadium.

Due to the forecasted high temps the Kickoff Party will be inside, with live music by the American Jackles. In addition to our $1,000 Mega Raffle Early Bird Drawing we'll be giving away 4 Blues Tickets for the September 19th game. These are right next to the Blues bench! Must be present to win.

We'll see you Saturday for Mega Raffle tickets, food, drinks, music, and Marquette! On Explorers!
