I graduated culinary school in 1996 with an A.S. I've taught community cooking demos, live cooking class and in-home lessons. Over my twenty years in this business, I've worked as a Private Chef, Executive Chef and in a Gastronomy Kitchen. I’m still amazed at how much joy and love cooking brings out in my students. I started this business to bring the joy of cooking to eve

ryone. Beginners, amateurs cooks and students wanted to grown their knowledge. The classes are fun and full of useful information. We progress at the student’s pace and I’m very patient and understanding. My mission is to teach people to enjoy cooking their own food from fresh ingredients in the time they have. To create cooks who can create nutritious dishes for their families and loved ones.
