Such a great evening at our first Spirit Night. The children made new friends and/or played with classmates while the grownups mingled with other parents and teachers. We all had a good time!

Happy First Week of School Manatees!

We are ⭐️⭐️ONE WEEK AWAY⭐️⭐️ from our first PTA Spirit Night at Chuck E Cheese!

Reminder stickers will be sent home on the day of that says TODAY IS THE DAY ! The students attending the event in turn will surrender their stickers to the cashier to get the 10 free play points 🎉

👀 Look for ChuckE himself in the car rider line next Tuesday! 🐭

🎉 Spring Lake Elementary Welcomes Our New Principal! 🎉

We are excited to announce that Ms. Tabasha Frederick has been named the new Principal of Spring Lake Elementary!

Ms. Frederick brings 24 years of experience with Seminole County Public Schools and a deep passion for student achievement, teacher growth, and building strong school communities. Her career began at Spring Lake Elementary, where she served as both a teacher and instructional coach, making this homecoming especially meaningful. She later continued her leadership journey as an instructional coach at Altamonte Elementary before serving as Assistant Principal at Midway Elementary School for the past four years.

Ms. Frederick’s leadership philosophy is centered on fostering meaningful relationships, supporting teacher development, promoting student success, and creating a positive school culture where everyone feels valued and inspired to grow.

“I am honored and excited to return to the school that feels like my first home. I look forward to partnering with our students, staff, families, and community as we continue the incredible work happening at Spring Lake Elementary.”
