🙏🏻✝️ Starting Our School Year Covered in Prayer! 💙💛

What better way to begin a brand-new school year than with a very special blessing over our littlest Mustangs! 🥹✨

We were so grateful to welcome Fr. Ralph to our ELC yesterday as he visited our classrooms, prayed over our students and staff, and blessed the spaces where so much learning, growing, loving, and faith formation will happen this year. 💙

There is something so special about watching our little ones experience their faith in such a tangible way — reminding us that even our smallest students are an important part of our Catholic community. 🙏🏻

May every classroom be filled with joy, every teacher be strengthened in their vocation, and every little Mustang always know just how deeply they are loved by God.

Here’s to a beautiful 2026–2027 school year, beginning exactly where it should — with Christ at the center of it all. ✝️💙💛

Working in preschool is easy… said NO preschool teacher EVER. 😂💙

Preschool teacher: one title… about 100 different jobs. 😂💙

Working in early childhood is definitely not for the faint of heart! Our teachers switch roles approximately every 30 seconds—all while teaching, loving, laughing, and keeping tiny humans thriving. 🥰

It takes a special kind of person to do this work… and we’re so thankful God called ours to it. ✝️💛

Tonight, our halls were filled with joyful smiles, excited chatter, and the beautiful energy that only a new school year can bring. 💙💛✨ Meet the Teacher Night reminded us just how blessed we are as familiar faces reunited and new families became part of our St. Mary Magdalen ELC family.

Earlier today, members of our team gathered with Catholic educators from across the Diocese as Dr. Erika Wikstrom unveiled this year’s inspiring theme: “Drawing New Maps of Hope.” What a fitting reminder for Early Childhood Education. Every crayon stroke, every tiny hand we guide, every prayer we teach, every story we read, and every act of kindness helps draw the first map of a child’s heart—a map that leads them closer to Christ. It is in these earliest years that wonder is nurtured, character is formed, faith begins to take root, and a lifelong love of learning is born.

As we begin this new journey together, we are deeply honored by the trust you place in us. We do not take lightly the privilege of being part of your village. Our dedicated team is ready to love, nurture, educate, encourage, and walk alongside your children each day, helping them discover the incredible people God created them to be.

Thank you for allowing us to partner with your family. Together, with Christ at the center, we will continue drawing maps of hope—one little Mustang at a time.

We are incredibly proud to celebrate Mrs. Damaris for this well-deserved recognition from the Diocese of Orlando Office of Catholic Schools. As our loving Infant Teacher, she nurtures our littlest Mustangs with extraordinary patience, kindness, and unwavering dedication. Through her gentle care, she creates a classroom where every child is known, loved, and cherished as a unique child of God.
