Galaxy Boot Camp is complete!
Mrs. Chafin’s 5th grade scientists became Junior Astronomers, completing 5 missions in 5 days—all in one universe! Along the way, they discovered what galaxies are, located our cosmic home, and learned how astronomers classify galaxies.

Our first graders are exploring the ancient art of mosaic making! They practiced fine motor skills by cutting and arranging tiny pieces of paper to create their own mosaics of Our Lady of Guadalupe, inspired by the beautiful mosaic outside our gym.

Today we celebrate the Feast of the Assumption of Mary into Heaven. ✨🙏 The beautiful windows in our Media Center depict this sacred event and were crafted in Germany in 1906.
This year, the St. Joan of Arc Circle is honoring these historic windows with a beautiful replica ornament. 💙
Ornaments will be available for purchase at our Open House on September 1 for $25 each. A special way to celebrate and preserve a piece of ACA history!
