🎵Alta-Aurelia HS Music Department had a great day at IHSMA Large Group Contest on Saturday. Both the choir and the band gave tremendous performances!

Congratulations to Lainey Buckendahl, Jenna Galvin, & Avery Westphal on a fun filled weekend of making some amazing music with the 2025 Iowa All-State Band! Your hard work and dedication have brought you to this incredible moment - we are so proud of you!

The All-State Music Concert will be broadcast on Iowa PBS beginning Thursday, November 27 @ 7pm. Tune in to find our Warriors and hear all the amazing ensembles including the All-State Orchestra and Chorus.

We are proud of all our Warrior musicians who auditioned for All-State yesterday in LeMars.

This is the first time Alta-Aurelia has had 3 instrumentalists make All-State in the same year. Way to make Warrior history!!

🎵 Congratulations to our Warrior Jazz Ensemble! 🎵

Our Warriors had one of their best performances of the Jazz season at State Jazz Championships. Additionally, Kaylee Mattson received an Outstanding Soloist Award. Afterwards, they all got to celebrate with a special lunch at Hickory Park thanks to the generous support of Aurelia Kiwanis, Alta Kiwanis, and Music Boosters. Way to go Warrior - we are proud of you!
