The Sul Ross Rodeo legacy was not built by one person, one class, or one generation. It was built by people who were willing to show up, work hard, and invest in something bigger than themselves.
This August 28–31, we are inviting Sul Ross Rodeo alumni, friends, and community members to come work side by side with the next generation of Sul Ross Rodeo athletes during our Welding Party at the Everett E. Turner Range Animal Science Center.
We are cutting, welding, and finishing pipe rail fencing to expand our livestock facilities.
Bring your welding rig if you have one. Bring your skills, your time, or simply a willingness to help. Come for an hour, a day, or the entire weekend.
This is more than a fence project. It is an opportunity to invest in the future of Sul Ross Rodeo and continue building the legacy that generations before us started.
