Operation Move Out has been a huge success! We estimate that our students have saved 1500-2000lbs from going into the landfill! Instead of tossing usable items in the trash they donated usable clothes, bedding, linens, furniture, small appliances, organizers, decorations, dinnerware, and more! All donations are given to Deja Vu and Alpine Human Society Thrift Stores to generate revenue for their causes benefiting our community! Way to go Lobos!!

Team work makes great things work! The Lobo Pantry at Sul Ross State University now has its own refrigerator! All thanks to support from the Food Pantry of Alpine, for the refrigerator donation, our friends at Mitchell’s of Alpine who helped move the fridge to its new home, and our very own folks at SRSU Physical Plant who helped make sure the fridge got through all the doors! This refrigerator now enables us to order and store items like produce, dairy, and meat products!

The Lobo Pantry is proud to offer our Grab N Go program across campus! This program is designed to provide students with quick access to our services. Grab ‘n Go stations have already been set up in the SRSU Bryan Wildenthal Memorial Library and University Center!
