🎹 PIANISTS OF THE DAY! 🎹
Today’s Pianists of the Day are Christy Lee and Wayne Gilreath!
A few weeks ago, Christy called us about one of our Yamaha C1 baby grand pianos and mentioned that she would be traveling from out of town to see it in person. When I learned that she was a professional pianist, bringing another professional pianist along with her, and that the two had been working on a piano duet together, I knew I had to invite them both to join the series!
For their performance, Christy and Wayne played selections from Johannes Brahms’ Liebeslieder Waltzes, and they delivered an absolutely phenomenal performance.
Christy began playing piano in church at just four years old. The daughter of a Baptist minister and a church pianist, music has always been a central part of her life. She holds a doctorate in music and originally aspired to become a college professor, a goal she achieved, even serving as Wayne’s professor for a time! Quoting her father, she shared: “Music is something any three-year-old can do with thirty years of practice.” Her passion for music is unmistakable, and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
Wayne’s musical journey began at age seventeen when a friend told him he couldn’t learn to play the piano. Determined to prove otherwise, he accepted the challenge—and it became one of the most important decisions of his life. What started as a dare led to winning a state competition, earning both undergraduate and master’s degrees in piano, and ultimately building a professional career in music. For Wayne, music is everything. Some days it’s work, and other days it’s a personal escape, but it remains woven into every part of his life. Like Christy, he wouldn’t change a thing about it.
Thank you both for sharing your incredible talent with us. It was an absolute pleasure having you in the showroom, and we hope to hear you perform together again someday!
Until next time, friends!

🎹 PIANIST OF THE DAY! 🎹
Today’s Pianist of the Day is Ethan! He and his father, Yuri, visit us often to hang out and play the pianos, and Ethan told me he was finally ready to join our Pianist of the Day series!
Every time Ethan comes in, he plays an incredible variety of music, from “Merry-Go-Round of Life” from Howl’s Moving Castle to pieces from The Legend of Zelda series. Today, he performed “Every Living Breathing Moment” by Grant Stellar.
Ethan has been playing piano for 4 years, 2 years in lessons and 2 years self-taught. Not only does he play piano, but he also plays the flute, guitar, and violin! Music is clearly a huge part of his life, and one day he hopes to play professionally. We believe in you!
Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us, Ethan! We hope to hear you play again soon, maybe even something by Joe Hisaishi!

🎹 PIANIST OF THE DAY! 🎹
While walking through North Point Mall in Alpharetta, GA, Erol stumbled upon a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to jam with the incredible James Arthur Schneider Trio here at World Class Piano Gallery.
Erol chose to perform “Song for My Father” by Horace Silver. Having spent years jamming with friends, it almost seemed like he had been preparing for this very moment. The chemistry between these phenomenal musicians came together effortlessly.
Erol studied classical piano when he was younger, but admits he could never quite sit still for it. When COVID hit, it was just him and a Baldwin upright piano that wasn’t getting nearly enough love. He began diving into jazz tutorials on YouTube, learning theory and building on the foundation from his classical training to become the seasoned jazz pianist he is today.
For Erol, music is a creative outlet, a way to put his own spin on songs that already exist and simply have fun with them. He says it’s a blessing to be able to create music with his own two hands.
Phenomenal job, Erol and the JAS Trio! We hope to hear you all jam together again someday. Until next time!

Original 78.5 x 60.5 x 6 Ludwig Van Beethoven painting including a beautiful handmade Ode to Joy frame, with a treble clef carved into the left side, a bass clef carved into the right side, the words “ODE TO JOY” carved into the bottom, and the written melody for “Ode to Joy” carved into the top of the frame.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece, signed by artist Neal Hamilton in the bottom right corner of the painting. Listed at $40,000, this is the perfect addition to any home, music school or university. Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions or inquiries regarding this beautiful piece of art.
Neal Hamilton is a legacy visual artist whose work lives at the intersection of music, memory, and cultural preservation.
Based in Atlanta and originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Hamilton has spent decades documenting, interpreting, and honoring the artist who shaped modern music; first through the lens, and later through the canvas. Before fully devoting himself to painting, Hamilton served for a decade as chief Photographer for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum in his hometown of Cleveland, capturing some of the most iconic figures and defining moments in musical history. His access, trust, and eye placed him inside the rooms where history was being made; an experience that continues to inform the emotional depth and authenticity of his visual art today.
Following years as president of his commercial art firm, Livewire Studios, and after a life-altering house fire destroyed his tools and studio, Hamilton experienced a creative rebirth. From that moment of devastation, a new visual language emerged, one driven by instinct, texture, and emotion. This evolution became known as “Paint Out Loud,” a signature approach that channels sound, spirit, and energy into bold, tactile portrait works. Hamilton’s paintings are not simple representations; they are cultural artifacts. through layered textures, saturated color fields, and expressive mark-making, he reintroduces music’s greatest trailblazers as living presences and keepers of a flame that continues to burn through generations.

Today, we’re excited to introduce two incredible musicians! A couple of weeks ago, Ronnie happened to stop by our store to try out a few pianos and instantly fell in love with our Steinway & Sons Centennial D. Before long, he was joined by a group of his friends, better known as Vidain Music!
Escucha nuestro nuevo single “La Cruz”!
You can find them on Spotify, Apple Music & YouTube!
These two gave an absolutely magnificent performance. It was a shame we couldn’t listen to them play all day! Thank you for sharing your music with us, we truly hope to see you all again someday!

🎹 PIANIST OF THE DAY! 🎹
Today’s Pianist of the Day is Chrys Dolce!
She and her friend were walking around North Point Mall when they came across our showroom here at World Class Piano Gallery. After just a few moments of hearing her play and sing, I knew she had to be part of our series featuring talented musicians!
Chrys performed a piece from one of her original songs titled “Human,” which will be featured on an album she plans to release early next year. We’re very excited to hear more music from Miss Chrys Dolce in the future!
She began playing piano before she could even talk and wrote her very first song at just 9 years old. Today, Chrys is a vocal coach, business owner, and aspiring full-time artist who hopes to share her musical talent with the world. She’s passionate about helping others become confident in using their voice.
Chrys says music has always been something that saved her life, and that songwriting gives her the opportunity to remind people they are not alone in this experience we call life. When we can relate to one another, it reminds us there’s always light at the end of the tunnel.
Thank you for sharing your talent with us, Chrys! We hope to hear you play again someday, and we’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for your new single later this year.
