What a first week! 🌿☀️ From swimming, art projects, and exploring in the garden to kitchen science experiments and hippotherapy at Lioncrest Farms, our Summer Farm Camp kids dove into it all with big smiles and even bigger hearts. We can’t wait to see what Week 2 brings. 🦁❤️

Highlight of last week? Absolutely. Students headed to Pikes Nursery to repot lavender for their moms — and the joy didn’t stop there. They surprised their guide Taylor with homegrown basil and lettuce straight from the Lionheart Gardens. Giving, growing, glowing. 🌱

Not your average Friday. 🐾 Our students met a very special (and very tiny) visitor this week — a baby opossum! What started as an up-close encounter turned into a full-on lesson in why these little guys are actually environmental heroes. Did you know opossums eat thousands of ticks a season? Or that they’re naturally resistant to most diseases? Our students do now — and they were fascinated. Opossums are Awesome! 💛
