PART 5: FAMILY EVENTS

PTO is proud to host 3 family events each year- Movie Night, Bingo Night, & Eagle Fest, giving AES families opportunities to come together and enjoy our school community outside of the school day.

While these events may bring in a small amount of revenue, they aren’t designed to be major fundraisers. Thanks to your PTO donations, our goal is to keep costs as low as possible for families while continuing to offer fun, well-planned events throughout the year.

We’re bringing the field trip experience right to AES—so every student gets to participate! 🚌✨

This year, PTO is investing $10,000 in in-house experiences, giving every student the opportunity to enjoy multiple educational experiences throughout the school year without ever leaving campus.

From the Weather Bus to Bright Star Touring Theatre and more to come, these experiences bring learning to life in a fun and memorable way for ALL of our students!

Your PTO dollars are bringing learning to life at AES! 🎨🎭🎶

PTO invested $25,000 in ArtsNOW providing funding not otherwise available to bring the arts into the classroom. This program gives our teachers new ways to reinforce classroom learning through visual arts, dance, theater and music.

ArtsNOW is already being used at AES, giving students creative, hands-on ways to connect with what they’re learning beyond traditional classroom instruction.

PART 1: TEACHER APPRECIATION

Our teachers and staff pour so much into our students every day, and PTO is proud to give back to them!

Your support funds monthly staff appreciation events, $200 for EVERY teacher’s classroom, $7500 budgeted for teacher mini-grants, and Alphie’s Closet stocked with supplies — helping our teachers spend less of their own money on their classrooms.

Almost halfway to our goal!! Thank you to every family & business who has supported our school thus far. Your generous donations make so many things possible for our students.

Every dollar raised goes directly back to the school for special programs (like the amazing ♥️), campus improvements, teacher grants, in-house learning experiences, and so much more!
