As we count down to National Engineering Week (Feb 22–28), we’re inviting our community to celebrate the power of reading! Reading fuels curiosity, strengthens critical thinking, and builds the foundation for future innovators and engineers.

Join us for our Leading-in-Reading Challenge as we read together over the next 6 weeks, leading all the way up to National Engineering Week. Let’s inspire a love for learning, turn pages with purpose, and grow one book at a time.

👉 Are you in? Let’s read, lead, and learn together!

Share Your Christmas & Happy Giving Season!

This month, we’re celebrating the spirit of giving and the life-changing impact it creates for our students and families.

Your generosity helps the National STEM Society deliver hands-on STEM programs, mobile computer lab services, and opportunities that spark confidence, creativity, and brighter futures.

Every gift makes a difference.
Every gift opens a door.
And this season, your impact triples our impact for the upcoming 2026 programs and events.

A $25 gift becomes $75 in support for program activities, classrooms, teach-ins, student-led STEM clubs, women, children, and families who need extra support in and after school.

If our mission inspires you, we invite you to Share Your Christmas by giving today. Your kindness helps us continue building hope, life skills, and educational opportunities in communities across cultures.

Thank you for supporting our students, families, and schools and for standing with the Power House Women leading change 365. Thank you for your support!

Students Switching Up Books, a project from Mrs. Simmens 11/10/2025

Let’s Help Mrs. Simmens’ Students Shine this November!

Hey friends and neighbors!

Mrs. Simmens, a dedicated teacher at Bonneville Elementary (Grades 3–5), needs our help to bring more books and learning tools to her students through DonorsChoose, an amazing platform that connects classrooms with caring donors like you.

Every dollar makes a difference — and this month, The National STEM Society will match donations up to $200 to help her class reach their $394 goal faster!

Here’s how you can help:
1️⃣ Visit the project page https://www.donorschoose.org/project/students-switching-up-books/9871962/ #
2️⃣ Make a donation of any amount.
3️⃣ Post a screenshot of your donation in the comments. Next, our team will reply “Matched!” and double your impact. Our Team will follow this same process to donate all matched funds.

You’ll also get classroom photos and thank-you notes from Mrs. Simmens’ students showing how your gift made a difference.

Let’s rally together to give these young minds the joy of reading and learning. Share this post and tag a friend who loves supporting teachers! Thank you for your support!
