📚 The 100-Book Summer Reading Challenge! 🥳

We are officially teaming up with the Alpharetta Library Summer Reading Program to keep our little learners loving books all summer long!

🎁 The Challenge: Read 100 Books!

If your child reaches 100 books before the end of the summer, a special surprise will be waiting for them at school!

How to Join the Fun:

* 📝 Track at home: Grab a reading log and write down the books you read together.
* 📮 Turn it in: When your list is completely full, send it right in to Ms. Bonnie.
* 📥 Get your log: Grab a printed copy next time you walk into the school, or shoot me a quick email at [email protected] and I’ll send a digital copy straight to your inbox!

Our last day of Read Across America Week was Cozy Up to a Good Book! 📚 We came to school in our comfy pajamas and spent the day enjoying some of our favorite stories together. What a fun way to wrap up a week full of reading adventures at Adora!

Day four of Read Across America Week here at Adora! 📚✨

Today’s theme was “Reading is Our Future.” We came dressed as what we want to be when we grow up. Our classrooms were full of big dreams and bright futures! We had doctors, police officers, firefighters, Pokémon trainers, athletes, and so many more amazing careers represented.

It was so much fun hearing the students talk about their dreams and all the exciting things they hope to do one day. Reading helps us learn, imagine, and grow into anything we want to be! 🌟

We are WILD about reading here at Adora! 🐾📚

For the second day of Read Across America Week, our students and staff showed their school spirit by dressing in animal print or wearing shirts with their favorite animals. From spots and stripes to lions and leopards, our school was full of wild style and big smiles!

We had a wonderful first day of Read Across America Week celebrating the great Dr. Seuss on his birthday! We dressed in fun Dr. Seuss–themed outfits, and each classroom enjoyed a creative, Dr. Seuss–inspired activity to kick off a week full of reading and imagination. 📚🎉
