I notice I get lots of likes - when I have a smiling face with nothing to say - talking about issues that affect us as humans get's very little attention and then we wonder why the world is so vain - or is it that we are afraid to look pain in the face! - It's Domestic Violence Awareness month and as a survivor of both sexual and domestic violence - I invite you to read this article on the fact that the overwhelming majority of female prisoners are held for nonviolent offenses and most are women of color. I am saddened knowing one of my heroes died this week. But who better to be an angel watching over the entire earth plane than Louise Hay. Louise Hay played a major role in uplifting the consciousness of so many people during her lifetime, including mine, with her loving and uplifting affirmations, books, lectures, interviews, workshops and even her Hay House cruises and summits. Most of all her publishing company Hay House, has published works by many notable authors and spiritual icons, including Dr. Wayne Dyer, Doreen Virtue, Dr. Christiane Northrup, and Esther and Jerry Hicks, and many others.

Louise’s message of self-improvement and self-love resonated with me the very first time I got a glimpse of her words. She brought rays of light into every aspect of my being and life and I did my best to share her wisdom with my close friends and family!

Louise you’ll be greatly missed – but your work is done and your impact will uplift lives for generations not yet here. My belief is that all aspects of your life, especially your life’s work must include a spiritual practice if you are to live a Joyous and Free life as God intended. Note I did not say religious – SPIRITUAL!
