CPR Training and Certification Here's my story...
IN 2012, I WAS AT THE ATLANTA FALCONS PLAY-OFF GAME AT THE GEORGIA DOME. IT WAS TIME TO RISE UP!
THE NATIONAL ANTHEM HAD JUST FINISHED AND THE FALCONS WERE RUNNING ONTO THE FIELD (FIREWORKS AND ALL). EVERYONE WAS ON THEIR FEET YELLING AND CHEERING. IN THE MIDST OF ALL OF THIS NOISY CHAOS, A CLOSE FRIEND OF MINE WHO WAS SITTING IN THE ROW IN FRONT OF ME, WENT PALE AND LIMP. I CHECKED FOR A PULSE AND COULDN'T FIND ONE. IMMEDIATELY, I JUMPED INTO ACTION. I HADN'T HAD A LIFE-SAVER COURSE IN OVER

Great story about a teenager saving the umpire's life! Alex Norwood learned CPR for lifeguard certification! We think everyone should know CPR for cases just like this!
Teen baseball player helps save umpire's life using CPR Alex Norwood plays 1st Base for Rockdale Co. HS's JV team. Two weeks ago he learned CPR. Friday night when the ump collapsed, Alex was ready.
