MATERIALS:
🦋 Piece of clear plastic (I have a link in my Amazon store—link in bio—Arts & Craft materials)
🦋 Black glue (I used Elmer’s White school glue and added some black tempera paint to it)
🦋 Bugs printable picture
🦋 Scissors

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix black paint into your glue thoroughly.
2. Secure the printable and plastic sheet to a flat surface, then trace the outlines with your black glue.
3. Once the outlines are complete, let it dry (it takes some time—I left ours overnight to dry completely).
4. Color the different sections with permanent markers.
5. Hang it up against the window.

Embossed Foil Art is probably one of my favorite art activities. ✨

It’s simple, I love the outcome, it’s easy to set up, and it doesn’t require many materials. 🦋

You’ll need:
👉🏼A piece of cardboard
👉🏼A hot glue gun
👉🏼Aluminum foil
👉🏼Permanent markers (in different colors)

How to:
👉🏼Draw a picture of your choice on a piece of cardboard.
👉🏼Outline your picture with a hot glue gun.
👉🏼Cover with a piece of foil.
👉🏼Fold over the corners and edges.
👉🏼Press the foil down and smooth it out along the glue lines.
👉🏼Color your design with permanent markers.

This activity is great for kids aged 3 and up!
