• I’m Here For The Kids • Of course as a teacher we are ALWAYS there for the kids! But this year, I wanted to really make sure my kiddos knew. Especially with state testing creeping up on us in this crazy school year...I am here for the kids. Not for a state test, not for grades on report cards, not for standards. I am here for MY KIDS. To make sure they are feeling loved, important, smart, and cared for 💜

•LET’S GLOW• today was our second first day of school and I had nine kiddos in person and four virtual. It was a wonderfully awesome day but MAN was it overwhelming. Juggling kids online and kids in person at the same time is quite the circus act 🤪 but I can’t wait to do it all again tomorrow!

Tomorrow is the big day...tomorrow I will have 9 of my kiddos in our classroom! 🤗 We are starting our hybrid model (I will have some of my kids face-to-face and some remote) I am so anxious and excited to teach these little babes in person! *did you know it will be over 200 days since kids have been in the school building!?😮* any who, more updates to come 😉 this is what my classroom is currently looking like - plexiglass for each students’ desk will be coming! (Peep the Halloween decorations 😬)
