We still have a few spots in our STARBASE X-Plore Advanced Academy! This academy will run from Monday August 10-Thursday August 13, and is open to students entering 5th-7th grade who have attended STARBASE with a school group or during one of our academies.

Our August Advanced Academy will feature a new X-Ploration each day, including creative problem solving, engineering challenges, robot programming, drone piloting, and more!

Due to special circumstances, parents will meet us at the commuter lot at M-32 and Airport Road, where we will have transportation on and off the base, so no waiting and checking in at the gate for parent drivers.

We can’t wait to welcome our newest group of X-Plorers for another week of STEM adventures!

STARBASE X-Plore is coming in August! This advanced academy for SB alumni will run from August 10-13, and registration opens on Friday, 7/3/26. Details are coming soon!

On our last day of summer academy, the CRTC firefighters taught us how to repel and rock climb! 🧗‍♂️🧑‍🚒 This was definitely a highlight for all who participated. Then, we spent our afternoon in the CAD Lab, printing and designing pollinator watering stations to take home. 💻🖱️STARBASE X-Stream 2026 will be a summer academy for the books!
