The Michigan Marshall Plan for Talent is designed to support partnerships between educators, employers and other stakeholders to transform Michigan’s talent pipeline. In short it is about changing the way we look at how to prepare students to become the labor and entrepreneurs that your businesses and our economy need to grow and thrive.

Our grant submission from Alpena Public Schools in partnership with ACC and our community focused on the following five high need talent pipelines listed below.
