Days 4-6 at World Mate competition in Alpena, Michigan. Two good runs with our ROV, trouble shooting our float, bonus mission rained out and making memories!

Moody Aquabot Technicians are representing Texas at the World Underwater Robotics competition in Alpena, Michigan!

We are so proud of the 2024 Aquabot Technicians who have blazed a new trail, becoming the first team in Moody history to develop the program’s first all-digital ROV. Despite encountering new challenges and gaining invaluable lessons along the way, they fought tirelessly for every point possible at this year’s MATE World Championship. They formed friendships across the globe, embodying unwavering determination and camaraderie that define true resilience. We are incredibly proud of their journey! We want to wish senior, Chris Sosa, all the luck in his studies at TAMUCC! 🌊🤙💪 Thank you to our Robotics parents for their never ending support! 💙💛
