Required Documents for Registration:

Legal Birth Certificate - from Court House

Proof of Parent/Guardian Residency - driver’s license/utility bill/rent or mortgage receipt

Immunization record/proof of waiver from Health Dept.

Requirements to Attend Kindergarten:

Vision & Dental Screening completed after 3/1/26 - Free screening events take place at Central Office 4/10/26 (8:00-12:00) & 5/8/26 (2:00-6:00)

Must be 5 on or before 12/1/26; waiver is required if birthdate is after September 1
