In the past several hours, our business has received multiple 1-star reviews from individuals who have never used our services, never interacted with our center, and do not know us.
These reviews stem from a situation involving someone outside of our business—something we have absolutely no control over.
Let’s be clear—our childcare center does not tolerate racism or discrimination of any kind. The environment we have built is rooted in love, respect, inclusion, and genuine care for every child and family who walks through our doors.
We cannot control the actions of others outside of our home or workplace. What we can control is the standard we uphold daily—and that standard speaks for itself.
If any staff member were ever to display behavior that goes against our values, they would no longer be part of our team.
To those leaving reviews without any real experience with our center—we kindly ask that you reconsider using our business page as a platform for unrelated matters.
