Alma Public Schools Transportation Department Transportation of regular education students is not required by law, it is a privilege.

The Alma Public School District has developed a transportation system which provides safe transportation for all qualifying students of Alma Public Schools District.

Safety is a must. We MUST all know where you want your student picked up, dropped off and WHO can get him/her on & off the bus. With safety comes communication. APS Transportation would much rather hear from you, 2 or 3 times than NOT know what is happening. Any changes to your student’s transportation situation, please let your elementary school know AND call the bus garage. All APS elementary schools will be happy to send your phone call over to us. Attention Parents: any and all items that are sent to school with your elementary age student needs to have their name on it. Add names to EVERYTHING that goes to school. The younger the student the harder it is to understand them at times.
