A huge thank-you to Bridget Salazar, the OC Homegirl, for stopping by Allons Elementary and treating our teachers to coffee cups filled with a little extra love before fall break! 🍂☕

Our teachers work hard every day, and thoughtful surprises like this are such a sweet reminder that our community appreciates all they do. We are so thankful to have such wonderful people supporting our Hawks! 🖤💛

Thank you, Bridget, for thinking of our teachers and helping us head into break with some “fall break fuel!”

Over the last two days our Allons Hawks have had fun competing in the Overton County Track & Field Day!

Our student athletes put their speed, strength, coordination, and teamwork to the test in the following events:

🏃 Long Distance Run
🥎 Softball Throw
⚽ Soccer Punt
💨 40-Yard Dash
🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Relay Race

We are so proud of every student who participated and gave their very best! From cheering on teammates to pushing themselves across the finish line, our Hawks showed determination, sportsmanship, and plenty of Hawk pride! 🦅💛🖤

Way to go, Hawks! We are so proud of you! 🏆🥇

Special thanks to Mrs. Paige and Miss Ella for their hard work preparing our student athletes for these events! They have done a fabulous job! 👏🏻

Check out the 2026–2027 basketball schedule and come support our teams throughout the season!

📣 Special Nights
* November 23: Homecoming
* November 30: 8th Grade Night

🎟️ Admission: $5 per person for school-age children and up.

📅 The schedule includes home and away games, the Christmas Tournament, and the County/State Tournament dates to be announced.

Attention, Hawks! 🖤💛 We are excited to announce our 2026–2027 Yearbook Cover Contest! Students are invited to get creative and design a cover that represents our school and the spirit of the Allons Hawks.

Contest Rules:

* Designs must be created on an 8.5” x 11” sheet of blank paper.
* Entries must be submitted to Mrs. Breeding by Friday, October 30.
* Designs may be hand-drawn or digitally designed.
* Digital designs may be emailed to [email protected].
* First-place winner: Their design will be featured on the cover of the 2026–2027 yearbook!
* Second-place winner: Their design will be featured somewhere else in the yearbook.
* Entries must be the sole work of the student.

Tips for a Great Design:
✨ Use the entire page.
✨ Avoid leaving large areas of white space, including the background.
✨ Experiment with different mediums such as pencils, markers, crayons, and more.
✨ Remember—neatness counts!

We can’t wait to see the creativity and school spirit our Hawks bring to this year’s designs! 🦅💛🖤

Join us for a fun-filled Movie Night featuring Toy Story 5! 🍿

📅 Thursday, October 23
🎟️ Admission: $10
Admission includes popcorn and a drink.

Drop-Off: 5:00 PM
Pick-Up: 8:00 PM

Tickets can be purchased beginning October 19 through entry at Movie Night. All students are welcome to attend.

🍿 Concessions will also be available for purchase:

* Chips – $1

This Movie Night fundraiser is hosted by our 7th & 8th Grade Teachers. We hope your students can join us for an evening of fun, friends, and a great movie! 🎥🍿
