Hello Friends, it has been a really tough decision but with that being said. I have decided I will not be reopening Helping Hands Daycare. After I had our son in September I have been struggling with postpartum depression and anxiety. Making this decision was not easy as I love talking care of children but I have to do what is best for me and my family! I ask for your grace and understanding as i know it's hard to find child care in our area.

Thank you to all the family that have allowed me to care for your children, I enjoyed every minute!

Man oh man, did this summer just go by so fast!! I have been so behind on posting updates! We had a great summer here at Helping Hands! Now the kids are back in school. There is something so special about each one of these kids and I'm so blessed to be able to spend my days with them! Sometime they my think Mrs. Skylar is crazy but we have fun and learn and that's all that matters!

Soon the newest member of Helping Hands will be joining us and we are very excited about that! With that being said, I will keep everyone updated as to when that will be and when my maternity leave starts and when I will be back! If you have contacted me about a opening I will be sure to reach back out after things are settled!

It's been a crazy start to summer but we are making the most of it and getting use to a new routine!! We already enjoyed the library program! Playing in the pool is probably one of our favorite things, and we have use our imagination alot to build forts and play different games❤
Some our other summer activities will include: playing movie theater, going on Imaginary trips to fun places, crafts, and as always it's fun to gwt a little messy by making our own snacks!
