✨ Tea Time Sessions Are Here! ✨

Looking for a meaningful and enriching way to gather with other homeschool families this fall? Join us for our weekly Tea Time Sessions—where learning meets connection, creativity, and conversation.

All tea time sessions will include etiquette and Christ-centered character building focusing on Laying the Rails by Simply Charlotte Mason. Tea and snacks based on our units of study will be provided PLUS enrichment activities meant to cultivate curiosity, critical thinking and love for learning.

📚 Mondays: Chess & Book Clubs
🎨 Tuesdays: Art & Music Appreciation
🧵 Wednesdays: The Lost Arts

Who is ready for tea time?

We will offer three options for afternoon sessions than will include etiquette and character building, focusing on Laying the Rails from Simply Charlotte Mason.

On Mondays we will also have chess and book clubs. ♟️📚

On Tuesdays, we will learn about art and music appreciation. 🖼️🎻

On Wednesdays we will learn handicrafts and skills like knot tying. 🧵🪢

We knew this extra long wall would be the perfect place to create a timeline ⏳

Each family and older student will have their own Book of Centuries from our Simply Charlotte Mason curriculum that they will keep through their entire school career, but each year we will create a timeline on this wall that covers the period of history we are focused on. 📚

Timelines allow students to visualize the flow of history rather than memorize dry dates.

Our goal isn’t memorization, but rather transformation and the understanding that we are all a tiny part in God’s master plan 🌎

If you are unsure (or even if you’re not) about the Charlotte Mason method of using living books, we highly encourage this read!

This is one of the first books we will read with our upper grade students as laid out by the curriculum by Simply Charlotte Mason. It will encourage our students and families in their study of history and also in their faith- as it did ours!
