🎻✨ A beautiful evening at the symphony!

A group of our AGAPE Homeschool Collective students had the opportunity to experience live orchestral music this week, and what a special evening it was! From hearing the instruments come together to experiencing the beauty and artistry of a live performance, it was a wonderful way to bring our music appreciation studies to life.

One of the most precious parts of our time at AGAPE Homeschool Collective is getting to know the children—not just as students, but as individuals with unique interests, talents, experiences, and stories to share. ❤️

Our weekly public speaking practice has become such a special opportunity to do just that. We get to admire the art they’ve created, hear about trips and adventures they’ve experienced, learn about projects completed, and listen as they share the things they are passionate about.

Watching them grow in confidence as they stand before their peers is extremely rewarding. What begins as a simple 2–3 minute presentation is becoming so much more: a chance to practice courage, communication, confidence, and graciousness.

We are so proud of these young people—not because every presentation is perfect, but because they are learning to step forward, share what they know, and encourage one another along the way.

What a gift it is to watch them grow. 🌿📚🎨🎶

Today we had another special Tea Time! Our oldest homeschoolers read an article about food from different places in the world, so we tried green tea, sushi and sashimi today. We also practiced using chop sticks and learned how to greet people in other countries. 🍵🍣🍱

We had a very special Tea Time and book club today. Our littlest homeschoolers are reading Winnie the Pooh so we all enjoyed honey cake and croissants with honey drizzle with our tea. We also practiced shaking hands while introducing ourselves. 📖🍯🤝
