Every year, I take my graduating Pre-K Scholars on our annual graduation trip to Build-A-Bear as they prepare to enter Kindergarten. But this isn’t just any trip—it’s a legacy in the making.

Each of my little scholars writes a letter to their future self—18 years ahead—and we carefully place it inside their bear. The rule? That bear isn’t to be opened until they graduate high school.

This is where memories are sealed, dreams are planted, and the idea of legacy is born.

Because every moment—is a learning moment for children.

Seeing them happy and the smiles on their heart makes my heart smile!!

Monday-Friday 7am-5:30pm (Shift Varies)
No Weekends/ Small class size

Pre-Kindergarten (Head Teacher/ Bachelors degree is required. $55,000/$35.37 hourly

Pre-Kindergarten (Assistant Teacher) CDA $20.00 Associates degree. $25.00 hr

Classroom Floater - (Specialist Support Person)$18.00 hr

I'm not moved by what I see every day! I know God don't say yes to say no! Today this is the reality! I have empty classrooms due to the lack of staff! I current have 101 students and my capacity is 220... Everyday I'm turning away about 20 families!! This is the part of this business that sucks... I'm believing and trusting God!! Because our children are our future and I know things will turn around...but We need to rise up as a community!! We have a generation of children that need a quality education!!!

We are in need of 3 certified teachers and 8 lead teachers for our early childhood education program. Must love kids, be trust worthy, reliable, and a person of good moral character.
