As we reach the midpoint of the first quarter, it is important that every family has access to the tools that keep you informed and engaged! This year, we transitioned to two new systems in an effort to improve efficiency and provide families with real-time access to the information that matters most!
💻 PowerSchool Parent Portal: View your child’s grades, report cards, attendance, and schedules all in one place. https://allentownsd.powerschool.com/public/
📱 ParentSquare: Receive school updates, photos, announcements, and event info directly from your child’s school. https://www.parentsquare.com/signin
Together, these systems help you stay connected to your child’s academic progress and school community. If you have not activated your accounts yet, now is the time!
For PowerSchool, you will need the unique access codes and passwords that were emailed the week of October 7, 2025. For ParentSquare, you can create your account using the email address or phone number associated with your child’s account. If you have not received information about these new systems, please contact your school to update your contact information!

📣 Families — Stay connected, stay informed!
We’re making it easier than ever to set up your PowerSchool Parent Portal account! This is where you can view your child’s grades, attendance, schedules, and report cards at any time. At the start of the year, letters were mailed home that contained unique access codes and passwords to create portal accounts. To increase portal usage and make things easier, we are now emailing those unique access codes directly through ParentSquare.
📧 Check your email for a secure document that contains your child’s unique access code, password, and instructions.
👉 Follow the link, enter the codes, and create your account today!
âś… If you have multiple students in the District, each student will have their own code/password combination.
🔕 If you did not receive an email with your codes, please contact your school to update your contact information!
Already have your codes? Click the link in the comments to get started!

Starting this school year, we are transition to several new systems to streamline communication and collaboration between the District, schools and home. Parent Square will serve as our new Mass Communication and Emergency Alert System, connecting families all in one place.
We encourage families to download the ParentSquare mobile app, which supports two-way direct messages with your child's teacher and the ability to view the school news in a custom news feed. . Even if you don't use the app, you'll still receive all important district-wide emails notifications to help you stay informed!

As we settle into the routines of the new school year, we want to remind families that PowerSchool is now our new Student Information System. Through PowerSchool, you can view your child’s class schedule, track attendance, and monitor academic progress in real time.
This transition opens up exciting opportunities to improve communication, simplify processes, and enhance the support we provide to students and families. For added convenience, families are encouraged to download the free PowerSchool mobile app for easy access on the go. https://bit.ly/4paj5zj?
